She stumbled upon a quote by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow which states, “A single conversation across the table with a wise man is better than ten years mere study of books.” In the work we do, this is the place where we learn: the 1 to 1 Conversation. In today’s post, Bethany von Steinbergs shares a few things she has learned about the power of listening in a Strengths conversation.
