Understanding The Good and Bad of Strengths
In our work as consultants with StrengthsFinder, we often hear people referring to different Themes of Strength with “good or bad,” “positive or negative” type of language. There is a misconception that certain Strengths are better than others, or at least better for certain things. Keep reading as Joseph explores this idea with his own Themes, and offers an easy activity for reflection.
