What Does Well-Being Mean to You?
Welcome to the Leadership Vision Podcast, our show helping you build a positive team culture. Our consulting firm has been doing this work for the past 25 years, ensuring that leaders are mentally engaged and emotionally healthy.
What does WELL-BEING mean to you? By definition, well-being is the state of “being comfortable, healthy, or happy.” So what does a comfortable, healthy or happy YOU look like, feel like and sound like?
We want to understand what well-being means to our podcast listening audience to get a better understanding of this topic. So today, we’re asking you to answer this question and share your thoughts with us. Feel free to do some Googling before you answer the question but don’t get bogged down by what you find. There are multiple dimensions to well-being.
From physical to emotional, communal, psychological, financial, and more. There are a plethora of indicators you can use to measure well-being. For now, ignore all of that and just answer with your gut;
What does wellbeing mean to YOU? What does well-being look like, feel like, sound like?
In the next episode of the Leadership Vision Podcast, Sarah and I are going to unpack this a bit as we listen to how each of our team members defined well-being for them. Until then, jot down some ideas and share it with us on our Facebook or Linkedin communities.
We can’t wait to learn more about this very important topic of wellbeing.
