A ThemePrint is a unique expression, an imprint, of your themes of Strength. A ThemePrint is an image, a visual representation of how your talents, your behaviors, express your strength. A ThemePrint also captures how strong each of your behaviors or talents are.

When you get your Strengths results, your Strengths are listed in a rank order, which points to capacity. The ThemePrint activity is meant to derive your functional order,  the natural way your Strengths are engaged in your daily life.

Any individual with the Strength of WOO®, or an individuals who knows someone with the Strength of WOO®, and wants to understand what makes them unique.

A ThemePrint helps us understand not only which Strength is used more than another, but also gives clues into what Strengths work together.

A ThemePrint also reveals the unique characteristics of our strengths, even among the same strengths we share with others.

1. Download and print the WOO® ThemePrint.
2. Read through the 14 talent descriptors.
3. If a talent resonates strongly with you, fill in the corresponding numbered circle completely.
4. If it does not seem to ‘fit’ you, leave it empty.
5. If it seems to be somewhat or sometimes appropriate, fill it in partially.
6. When you are finished, what do you notice?

You may consider talking with a trusted friend or colleague to talk about why you filled in the ones you did.
