At this preview, we will help attendees learn how we engage teams in the process of building a Strengths Based organizational culture. This preview helps explain why your organization might hire Leadership Vision to help build a culture where everyone is operating out of their strengths.
How we do This
Our core process is best experienced in person. During this preview, you will get to experience in 2.5 hours what we typically engage our clients with over several days. You will get a taste of our education day, a one hour conversation, and the strengths based 360 learning community; these three days we call our core process. We will also briefly touch on your unique StrengthsFinder results using our personalized “ThemePrint” process.
